La Quinta by Wyndham Cesme

Absolutely not worth the price – It was a disappointment. We stayed at the La Quinta by Wyndham Çeşme hotel, but unfortunately, we had a very bad experience. The rooms were incredibly dirty. Our feet turned black when we walked barefoot. There was sand everywhere, hair from previous guests. There were grease stains on the furniture. The bathroom was very small and old, but worst of all, it looked like it had never been cleaned. Hair from previous guests was still in the shower. The hotel operates on an all-inclusive basis. Breakfast was okay. However, lunch and dinner were a complete disappointment. Lunch consisted of a few disappointing snacks. Neither I could eat it, nor did the kids want it. Dinner was a disaster. Five different dishes were served, each with no connection to the other. Dolma had stones in it. When the meal was finished, it wasn't replaced. One evening, there was plain, dry spaghetti. I asked if there was any more for the kids, and even though it was still an hour before dinner, I was told, "No, there aren't any left." The apples offered were rotten. On the second day, the tap water smelled incredibly foul. We nearly threw up while brushing our teeth and couldn't even shower. Hygiene was spotless. The staff was kind and helpful, and we should give them credit for that. But unfortunately, this didn't make up for the hotel's overall shortcomings. The beach was a joke. It was dangerous for children. We had high expectations for this hotel, but the result was a huge disappointment. It's definitely not worth the price.

We only stayed one night. Upon arrival, we noticed a bathroom odor, but we couldn't pinpoint the source. There was no red meat in the food, and the main courses were a bit limited in variety, while the salads were more substantial. Overall, we found the food average. The sea was beautiful; clear and clean, but there was no sandy beach or sand due to the rocky terrain. The pool was a bit small and shared with the neighboring hotel, but it was well-maintained. The biggest problem was that after one night, we both developed serious stomach and intestinal problems. We had to receive IV fluids and antibiotics. Upon leaving, we heard other guests had similar complaints. We were told the problem was the drinking water, which we believe is the hotel's responsibility. The breakfast had a slightly better variety, but we couldn't enjoy it due to our health issues. Otherwise, the staff were young and friendly.

We came with the all-inclusive plan, but the hotel's services were completely irrelevant. The rooms were squalid, dirty, and unkept, and the bathrooms smelled strongly of sewage. The elevators were covered in dust and dirt and hadn't been vacuumed. Lunch was limited and tasteless snacks at the pool bar, and the breakfast was very limited in variety, with stale fruit and vegetables. It claims to be right on the seafront, but the beach lacks security; the ground is stony and painful, the sun loungers are filthy, and towels are hard to come by. The pool water is freezing cold, and you have to wait 15-20 minutes to get a drink from the poolside bar, and it's impossible to get one at reception. Many drinks, including Turkish coffee and ayran, are not included in the all-inclusive plan and are charged extra, served in plastic cups. Don't let anyone come here based on the photos from online event planners or Booking.com; they've included the pool of the neighboring residence as their own; this is completely misleading. The view in the photos is nothing like the hotel's actual location. The staff is very low and the service is inadequate. No one should come, they will be disappointed. The service you get for the money you pay: ZERO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
