I stayed at this hotel as part of the layover program offered by Turkish airline. The hotel is nice and they offer buffet meals which are good. I am super grateful with the front desk people because I forgot my computer at the room and I only realized up until I was at the airport and the hotel help me deliver it at the airport. I called them many times and at some point I thought I was annoying too much but they were very professional all the time. Only because the staff people is super helpful, kind and honest I would give this place a 10 star review.

Good place to stay. The rooms are clean, food is good, well located if you want to stay in a calm space and enjoy your time. The personnel listens and helps with all the demands, special mention to Matice who helped and welcomed us the whole 3 weeks there. Really appreciated the séjour there

Staff are amazing, very accommodating, very friendly and very helpful. The rooms are lovely with plenty of storage space and well air conditioned. The gym and spa are fantastic. Overall the hotel feels luxurious and is vast in its size! The restaurant and shop are open until 1am, the food is fantastic but the portions are far too small. Location is not central, minimum 30 minutes by taxi from anywhere busy/central, however most guests are here for medical or business reasons so location is less important. The elevators are highly frustrating, 3 available but only 1 ever comes at a time. You can wait many minutes before one arrives and it may be too full to enter, they also break down regularly.. They really should address the lift issue. The main restaurant also has a large menu with basically nothing available, which is odd for a 5 star hotel. Overall our stay has been very comfortable and pleasant.
