Is the second time that enjoyed this beautiful place. Is small but you have everything in your hand, in four or five steps you are in the beach, you need a drink or want a snack, other couple steps and are in the restaurant that is close to the pool. The food good, Saturday and Tuesday you only eat seafood. The concept all inclusive makes happy to your pocket. For me is a family Hotel, there's a minimum things to improve but is a good choice. I plenty recommend this place to take a great vacations.

We loved the place very much, very clean, the staff was very responsible and attentive, the night show was very professional, we thank you for the security that the hotel provides to guests. Just a small detail, putting doors in the showers in some rooms. Thank you, I'm sure we will return one day.

This December 2023 was the 5th time our family had visited this hotel, and I’m sad to say it will be our last. Im not sure if the hotel is under new management but the pricing, booking, check in and check out process was the worst we’ve experienced. The wait staff, the food and the location was great, as always, but the aforementioned was so significantly bad that it could not be separated from the experience and the trip was ruined. The quoted price was doubled upon entrance without grace and with no explanation as to why. The location does not allow for alternatives and the staff took advantage of this. When asked for a hotel folio, we were promised one within 24 hrs and to this date, we have not received any. Check in and check out were not done by gracious, hospitable, nor friendly people which was a completely new experience. Thank you to all the waiters and kitchen and bar staff that made the hotel experience bearable. Unfortunately, the beach is also not what it used to be after these last hurricanes so we can’t look forward to that anymore either.
