La Reginella was an absolute dream. The staff were some of the kindest people we have ever met. They were so attentive and really went above and beyond, making sure every part of our stay was perfect. Our room was very spacious, quiet, and beautifully maintained. The large thermal spa and pool area was a true highlight, peaceful and pristine. The food was fantastic, and there’s an amazing restaurant right next door for dinner. The hotel is in such a charming part of Ischia and it is located next to so many beautiful shops, cafes, restaurants, etc. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to come back!
My best friend and I visited Capri for the fourth time, and our stay this time with La Reginella was wonderful. Alex and team were welcoming and super helpful throughout our entire trip. Prior to arrival, they shared detailed information on how to get to the hotel and the options for porter's for our luggage. When we arrived, Alex kindly gave us great recommendations. It was my best friend's birthday and Alex and team kindly helped me organize a little surprise during breakfast, going above and beyond what they had to do. I really appreciated the incredibly hospitality! The hotel and rooms themselves were clean, well maintained and the breakfast was one of the best all inclusive breakfasts we've had. I would strongly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Capri. Thank you Alex and team for making our stay so great!
This is a good hotel for the price. But the breakfasts are terrible! Cheap supermarket food, minimal selection, the only food prepared was a tasteless omelette and bacon floating in fat. Also, the buffet was not replenished. If you come half an hour before the end of breakfast, you will get pitiful scraps. I understand that in Italy they don't have breakfast. But this is a hotel for tourists. In most countries we don't start the day with desserts and cappuccino. So we came to breakfast with our own salad, salmon and tea. The last few days we just bought breakfasts from the hotel opposite and they were great. Next time we will stay there. I was also very surprised that in a spa hotel you have to pay extra for a robe.
