La Reserve Geneve Hotel and Spa

We had an amazing stay at La Reserve Geneve -- the property has a perfect location just minutes away from the airport and the railway station. They also have a speed boat that can take you to and from the town every hour which is a great perk. The highlight of the stay was the staff, every single person who works there is super friendly, helpful and welcoming. The property is beautiful, with an amazing pool, great restaurants, including a michelin star restaurant, a lovely spa, lake access, boat rentals, great menus and buffets all around as well as interesting artwork and beautiful and well kept greenery. The attention to detail in the hotel is also incredible, every little part is thought through carefully, from the decor, to the artwork, to the furniture and amenities, it's all harmonious and fits together. Even the scents and food items are super inviting and high quality. The stay felt truly comfortable and luxurious. I just want to reiterate how awesome the whole staff is, every single person, the bell captain, check-in staff, concierge, waiters, cleaners, lake attendants, pool attendants, down to the very last person went above and beyond to make us feel at home and ensure we're having a great time every step of the way. We'll 1000% be returning and highly recommend this property.

Only 8 minutes from the airport but it felt like a personal oasis. From the time I checked in, I was extremely well taken care of by Kelly, who made sure my room would be ready and accompanied me around the property to show me everything. The service everywhere, from breakfast, to the spa, to the cigar lounge, were all exceptional. Turn down service was also very well done and I truly felt at peace in the hotel. Once again, the highlights of the hospitality in Geneva. We truly want to thank all the team from La Réserve. From the start, the valets team and the reception makes you feel very unique as a guest. Then the room are very clean and calm with amazing details that we are not used to find in every hotels. Even the housekeepers are really gentle and delivered a high level of hospitality. About the breakfast team, how to start the day in a best way than starting with all the members smiling and acting as high professionals. The room service was excellent, and the food and the service. And to finalize, The Spa is again and again, a highlight with dedicated team, at the reception and at the Café Lauren. Everybody is so warm, smiling and delivering one of the highest level of hospitality in Switzerland. We are looking forward to come back as soon as possible for our escapes in Geneva.
