Everything was perfect with this hotel. Rent of bike, swimmingpool etc.
The hotel is beautiful and is conveniently located right above beautiful Monforte d'Alba. We stayed at an Attic Room, which was about as inconvenient as can possibly be. There were two tiny shelves on either side of the bed with nearly no space to place anything on them. Extremely difficult to keep your stuff organized that way. Breakfast was fine, but I would expect a wider selection of options to choose from at such a luxury hotel.
What seemed like a nice place from the pictures i saw online turned out to be quiet the opposite. Not to mention the staff that was unwilling to help me in any way. They expressed no sympathy or intention to solve any of the issues. I rarely leave bad reviews but i wouldn't want anyone else to have the experience i had and pay to be met with such disregard.
