La Réserve Albi Hotel Restaurant

We loved the hotel at Albi and felt very welcome there. It has excellent facilities and jn the most beautiful location overlooking the river and very clean. The restaurant was of excellent quality and the staff were friendly , professional and able to cater for all of our food allergies and requirements. I am both gluten and dairy free. Also, they were able to cater for our 11 year old child and made her the most delicious, suitable food that wasn’t even on the dinner menu. A special thanks as well to the staff at reception who went out of their way to help us with an issue to make our lives that much easier as we were leaving the next morning and had needed some supplies that night. Totally recommend and would definitely love to visit again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff are very kind and helpful, giving us many good recommendations. The grounds are peaceful and perfect for a morning stroll. Julian the Sommelier gave us perfect wine recommendations and vineyards to visit. Beatrice at the front desk was very kind and gave us a great restaurant recommendation. We would love to come back for another stay.

Amazing hotel right in the river. Great view, relaxed atmosphere and amazing service from the second we arrived. Parking and travel cot was included for free. Would 100% come back.
