Very Excellent stay. Rooms are beautiful, as is the hotel design. Location is great if you want to be convenient to town, but not in the congestion. Josephine, the concierge, was so helpful in every way, ensuring we had the best stay in Zurich. The staff truly goes above and beyond!! The Italian kitchen team and the kitchen and restaurant staff were amazing.
