Great place to stay in a quiet place not far from Madrid. Staff were very helpful & the reception area was beautiful. We did not get to try the spa treatments or the pool which would have been nice if we had more time.
In a Quiet place, where at Sunday evening when arriving at Town no living soul, no restaurant, nothing was seen. After getting in the hotel the warmth of the staff and the comfort of the room was incredible. Stayed 1 week and could have stayed more. The food of the breakfast and restaurant one the best I have ever ate at all, at hotels. The price doesn't match the place. Very cheap for what it offers, probably because of the town where it stays. Staff, rooms, amenities, restaurant...all incredible. Even a plumbing problem occurred over night was fixed before lunch...and in the room no noise was heard. Amazing
What a disappointment from a 4-star hotel((. The first impression is good, but then... the rooms require renovation, the shower head supplies water poorly, the sink has cracks. Breakfast is very meager and tasteless: cheap yogurt, disposable jams in plastic, bread and the cheapest jamon. It’s impossible to drink coffee. I was surprised by the waitress who, in front of our face during breakfast, began wiping down the doors with a chemical spray; she refused my request to stop cleaning.
