La Santa Maria Hotel

For the cheap price you get your money's worth I guess. Cleanliness of the room was ok, though not great. Wifi in the lobby is almost always over-loaded. The staff is doing their job, but most only speak limited English with a few exceptions. The pool area is satisfying, but I recomend the near beach which is kept really well. The food is a mixed batch and the cuisine they serve is very Turkish, a fact to keep in mind. We didn't mind staying at this location, but things can be improved.

We have just got back from this hotel. We are English and we found that this hotel was very poor. Food a big fat 0. Staff a big fat 0 cleaness very poor 0 over all the place was 100 % pants. We did not have our children with us and I am glad as the would of been board starving and completely disappointed as we were. They do not cater for English foke. No name on food so you had to guess what the slop was. Food hall very dirty, same as table dressing. Poor drink choice and that was when it did not run out. What ever you do don't go all inclusive. We ate 1 there and never went back we had to eat out every meal time. Rooms well our room was not to bad but 1 other couple there toilet was broken and never fixed. There shower broke and was never fixed. There water went off..... entertainment staff very pushy for money. I had a Turkish bath after being bombarded in to it and after I felt violated was told to undress, underwear and all I did however protest and kept my knickers on , although it did not make any difference. It was very invasive and not relaxing 1 bit. All in all a very poor experience at this hotel. I rate 0 star........

This is a terrible hotel. Not even 2 stars. Dirty, terrible food. The staff is the thief. They stole money from the number. Not one cents left. The manager is hidden. No one answers us. The lizards go to the rooms. Terrible service. Do not go to this criminals hotel! The beach is far from the hotel. The garbage and scary smell around the hotel. The cleaner only steals. He does not do anything. Everywhere are dirty. The manager did not talk to me. His name does not know the staff. That's really hell.
