La Santa Maria Resort

My friend and I decided to plan a last-minute trip and found that the hotel was reasonably Price and great town. When we arrive, we were not that we were reinforced reinforced of what we thought before. Our room is not ready until 3 PM, however, they have a beautiful outdoor space with pool, a bar and restaurant and seating to hang out. The pool overlooks the property and the view of the city as well as the ocean, there’s lots of exciting animals running around the property like parrots, peacocks, and a lovely cat. The property is very secure, with various security points making it feel safe. It’s a short walk from the downtown center and the beach. We were very happy with our staying. We look forward to returning.

My new go to boutique hotel in SJDS. A beautiful setting, well cared for property and lovely staff. I love the peacocks roaming the gardens and the other beautiful macaws! The pool area is tastefully furnished with plenty of shade as well as comfy pool loungers. Little bar with snacks, drinks and breakfast rounds out the amenities offered. Highly recommend. Keyla is a super host as well ! ❤️

Absolutely loved my stay at La Santa María! The location is perfect, with stunning ocean views and a peaceful atmosphere while still being close to town. The rooms are spacious, modern, and literally steps away from the pool and clubhouse, making it easy to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. I took full advantage of the coworking lounge and even got a workout in at the gym! Nothing beats enjoying a morning coffee while peacocks stroll by and parrots chatter in the trees. And those sunsets? They NEVER get old! Pro tip: Definitely rent one of the vehicles they offer. I got the Polaris 4x4 to explore Playa Maderas and Playa Hermosa, and it was exhilarating! Also, be sure to ask for dining recommendations since guests get exclusive discounts at the top spots in town. The service was top-notch, from arranging activities to their airport transportation. Can’t wait to come back!
