My favourite accomodation in the whole wide world! Everything excellent, impeccable service and housekeeping, gorgeous garden and rooms. The manager made sure we were happy throughout our stay. Everything handled to European standards - the owner is Spanish. Small touches like the scant of their toiletries and quirky bungalows - just perfection. I didn’t even feel like leaving the premises at all.

I absolutely love this café at the hotel! One of the best parts is that I can also use the pool here — such a great bonus. But what really makes this place special is the staff. They’re incredibly friendly, always ready to help, and just so easy to talk to. From my very first visit, the waitress May remembered my name, and every time I come in, she greets me personally. That small detail means a lot to me — it makes me feel like a friend, not just a guest. It’s one of the reasons I keep coming back and want to recommend this place to my friends. Not only is it beautiful here, but the food is also delicious. They’ve recently updated their menu — I haven’t tried the new dishes yet, but I’m looking forward to it and will definitely leave another review soon!

The rooms are well-designed and comfortable - apparently the only thing the hotel actually got right. But the service was spectacularly awful. As a local Indonesian guest, I was repeatedly questioned as if the staff were genuinely shocked that a local could possibly afford their precious establishment. How refreshing to experience such charming discrimination firsthand. The staff’s friendliness was truly remarkable - in its complete absence. When I had the audacity to thank them for their “service,” they couldn’t even be bothered to acknowledge my existence. Clearly, basic human decency isn’t included in their job description. Oh, and they generously charge 30% extra for additional guests while thoughtfully forgetting to provide extra towels or amenities. Because why deliver actual value when you can just take the money and run?
