I came here to stay with my dad, grandma and auntie and I thought it was going to be very exciting. I was right. The rooms were amazing and clean. The service was very welcoming because as soon as we stepped into the hotel the butler was waiting for us with a cup of tea and he carried all our luggage to our room. In the morning we went to the restaurant to have breakfast, and I must say, it was unbelievably delicious. I 100% recommend it

We have been staying at La Sapinette for over 12 years. The management (Ms Hanh in particular) and staff have been consistently excellent in service quality and customer relations. My wife and I come to La Sapinette without a second thought each time we come to Dalat. Excellent attitude from front office to restaurant staff and reservations.
