The breakfast was delicious and the facilities were top-notch, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the incredible staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful, but I want to give special thanks to Hang, who went above and beyond to take care of us. She made us feel truly special, and thanks to her, our stay became unforgettable. I can’t praise her enough! Also, the spa was fantastic – a perfect way to relax during our trip. Highly recommend this place!

I wanted to book a room last minute and the employees at La Siesta were so accommodating. They placed me in a room in the same wing as my family which was great. The room is clean and spacious. They have two bottles of complimentary water which is a nice touch. I like how the shower had a waterfall rainhead and enjoyed taking a bath after a long day of exploring. The king bed was comfortable and pillows were exceptionally soft. The service was outstanding and I want to give a big thanks to D. Minh, D. Phuong, Tran and Hoang for making my stay at La Siesta wonderful! I definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Hoi An and look forward to returning soon!

Was a great stay in May/June. Close to Old Town, the pools were a great place to spend the afternoons. And the massages were amazing. Food was also so good! The staff really took the time to know us whether it was just at restaurants or by the pool. Loved our stay.
