La Siesta Premium Hang Be

This antique hotel is located in the old quarter street where it takes 15 minutes to walk to the train street, 20 minutes to the prison museum but it is very convenient to go everywhere for shopping, money exchange, restaurant, night market and massage. They gave us a welcome drink and fruit when we checked in. Every receptionist is friendly and professional. (Loved their uniforms) We got a suite so two separate rooms are next to each othe. It is nice that they have a major entry door outside two rooms so you can just lock the entry door so you can access both rooms without closing it. Their breakfast is at the top of the hotel. They have a variety of quality food choices and lots of fresh fruits!! The service is phenomenal. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. The only con is there is no fitness room nor pool.

My husband and our son stayed here for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel service was excellent, the room was very comfortable, and the breakfast was great. The location is also perfect. A special thank you to all the staff for supporting me with a late check-out due to my airline delay. I truly appreciate your kindness and understanding. I hope to return soon if I have the chance

La Siesta Premium Hotel far exceeded our expectations. We were delightfully greeted by Ann Pham who could teach a master class in hospitality. Her English was perfect and made us feel comfortable through our entire stay. From the small details of wanting to experience Hanoi, to booking day trips, custom suit fittings, exceptional spa experiences, the list goes on.. Anh made us feel like we were in our home away from home. We were able to relax, adventure and recover all in one place. It can be difficult to decide where to stay. For us, we were picking a hotel blind in Hanoi. La Siesta will become our preferred hotel anywhere they have property. It truly comes down to exceptional hospitality, friendly faces and an eloquent team who truly loves what they do. We were surprised and grateful for the opportunity to be treated with such grace. We miss you all already!
