With a central location, near Hoan Kiem Lake and the old town. Using the services here, I am very well taken care of, and the staff is very enthusiastic and supportive. Clean room with enough space. My room didn't have a windows which is good for quite and sleep in. Support for early check-in and luggage storage. I think it's ok to find a hotel like this for a mid-range price. Good value for the $$$
the hotel is very comfortable, in front of a famous lake that can be used for jogging. Not far from the bus stop around the city. The hotel room is comfortable, complete toiletry equipment, hot water, working shower, cold air conditioner, international cable TV, fast wifi, friendly staff. The breakfast menu is varied but the menu served is not much but enough to make you full in the morning. I will come back to this hotel again, if I visit Hanoi again.
The rooms and the hotel feels a bit dated. The lighting in the rooms should be improved, it was insufficient. The connecting suite only has 1 bathroom for 2 rooms. If you get a good deal, Zephyr can be absolutely worth it because the location is supreme. It is right across the road from the lake. The breakfast could use more options for vegetarians.
