La Siesta Premium Saigon

I wanted to express my gratitude and appreciation for the hotel staff here. Particularly Chloé Dung Le! She turned a negative experience into a positive one. I realize that not everything will be perfect every time. Our initial room was next to a neighboring building that was doing loud construction. The room also wasn’t cleaned to their normal standards. When I brought this to their attention they immediately changed our room to an upgraded one at no additional cost. They also comped everything in the mini bar as well. They even offered to upgrade us to another room but we declined because we only were staying 1 more night. Like every La Siesta hotel we have stayed in the service was exceptional! I cannot recommend this hotel and their company enough. From the food to the rooms and pool, everything was great! Do yourself a favor and stay at one of their hotels!

Stay here for three days , service is above and beyond. We had to switch hotels due to the other hotel circumstances. They were able to bring our luggages from one hotel to another. Ac is powerful. They come with bathroom amenities, plus a Dyson blow dryer shows you the value of this hotel. Breakfast is included. Staff is great . Welcome drinks were offer. Excellent to travelers . 24 hour services was on call at any time. Above and beyond . Will book again

A Delightful Stay with Minor Quibbles at La Siesta Premium Saigon My one-night stay at La Siesta Premium Saigon was largely excellent, highlighted by an upgraded room and a fantastic overall experience. The upgraded room itself was a treat, featuring a lovely bathtub that promised relaxation. However, the presence of only one toilet in the room proved to be a minor inconvenience, especially for those who might prefer more privacy or speed. I found myself utilizing the pool change area to save time, which worked well as an alternative. Without a doubt, the drinks and food were excellent. Every item I tried was delicious and well-prepared, adding significantly to the enjoyment of my stay. What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the staff. They were very helpful and smart, always anticipating needs and providing assistance with a genuine smile. Their efficiency and knowledge made a big difference. Finally, the excellent location of La Siesta Premium Saigon made exploring the area incredibly easy and convenient. Overall, despite the slight inconvenience with the toilet in the upgraded room, La Siesta Premium Saigon offers a highly commendable experience thanks to its fantastic food and drinks, outstanding staff, and prime location. I would certainly recommend it!
