La Sinfonía Majesty Hotel and Spa

The first time we came across this hotel was while walking around the city. Its beautiful appearance caught our attention, so we decided to stop and take a look. The warm welcome we received and how lovely it looked inside convinced us to book a stay. We loved it so much that we ended up staying here twice during our trip. Each time, the staff welcomed us even better than before, and during our second stay, they kindly offered us a complimentary upgrade, which made our experience even more special. Special thanks to Bebe, who was always in touch, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Thank you to Vietnam and its wonderful people.

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in our 2 weeks trip in Vietnam. The old quarter can be stressing but once you’re inside the hotel you can feel peace. The staff is fantastic: reception, bell boys, at the spa, restaurant and sky bar. The bed is super comfortable - I’ll miss it! Wide variety at breakfast and tasty Italian like coffee. Our flight departed late during the day and we were able to get a quick shower after having checked out and explored the city for the last time. They lent us towels for a day trip. Every part of this hotel is exceptional, especially the staff & service. From beginning to end, and even after we checked out, the team (Lam Le in particular) were fantastic - Gave brilliant recommendations, answered any & all questions we had, and helped us with navigating Hanoi. From check in we knew we had a safe space in the city to depend on. The breakfast was fantastic too - Buffet style with an excellent mix of international and Vietnamese options. If I was to return to Hanoi I would book here without a hesitation.
