La Terrazza Palace

We were here for 5 nights. The rooms are clean with much space and the employees are very friendly. We even got two room upgrades, once on arrival and once 3 days later due to the shutters not working properly. The location is central with main shopping street closeby and supermarkets near.

The room was simply excellent—spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The bathroom was equally impressive, offering a luxurious and relaxing space. Every detail of our stay was attended to with the utmost care. The breakfast each morning was another highlight, with a variety of delicious options to start the day. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our dietary requirements, ensuring we had everything we needed. Special thanks to Antonio and Angelo, who made our stay even more enjoyable. Their courtesy and attention to detail were unmatched. No request went unanswered, whether it was arranging a taxi, guiding us through the best places to visit in the city, or accommodating our every need. If you’re visiting Palermo, La Terraza Palace is the perfect place to stay. We couldn’t have asked for more!

This accommodation was a pleasant surprise, very well located in the heart of the city. The B&B itself is located at the first floor of a building and there is an elevator. Self check-in was easy, bed was comfortable, AC worked, bathroom is spacious and nice and staff was friendly. Breakfast was also quite good.
