La Valise Tulum was absolutely amazing. One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. The employees are so friendly and always right there when you need them. The room was top notch and the view was so nice. 100 percent would come back and recommend to all my friends.
My friend and I had a wonderful stay at La Valise — it was our first time in Tulum, and the experience exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was warm and attentive. Everyone made us feel truly welcomed, like we were part of the La Valise family. We were switched to a different room during our stay, and it turned out to be a great surprise — we absolutely loved it! The room was beautiful, comfortable, and added something extra to our time there. Breakfast was also a highlight: fresh, delicious, and a perfect start to each day. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely come back. Thank you, La Valise, for making our first trip to Tulum so special!
We had a blast spending 4 nights in La Valise. The entire staff was amazing (concierge, waiters, room keepers etc…). The included breakfast is better than any other ever tried. Room was spectacular with amazing room service twice a day. There is for every taste with a big swimming pool more popular and a smaller one more private. It is super quiet and cozy hotel, ideal for a relaxing time. If you get there, try the restaurant besides, Nü, best meal we had in Tulum.
