We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Vietnam! The friendly staff made us feel right at home, and the rooftop pool and bar offered stunning views. The location was ideal, close enough to the city center for easy access while still providing a peaceful retreat. The highlight was definitely the breakfast buffet, which was one of the best we've ever experienced, with a wide variety of delicious options. The only downside was some noise from a nearby club celebrating (& singing) birthdays on weekends, but it usually quieted down by 10 or 11 PM. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for its excellent amenities and great location!

The seller of the hotel is definitely the pool. It has the most amazing view of HCM. However the rooms are quite outdated with a bit of a dusty smell. Our room on floor 16 was nice enough however the other room 12A10 shouldn’t even be a room it’s this half corner room that is very poorly laid out. The bathtub was broken as well. Elevators never seem to come too. Service from staff was top tier though, very attentive and welcoming. Overall decent hotel

From a design perspective, the hotel is quite impressive. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the gym is excellent for a hotel of this kind. The atmosphere in the breakfast area is also very pleasant. However, the service at the front desk was completely unacceptable for a 5-star hotel. We arrived late at night after a long flight, clearly exhausted, and were met with a very unfriendly receptionist. We had booked for two adults and one child, but were told there was no bed for the child included. Whether this was true or not, the way the situation was handled was unprofessional. He suggested our child could sleep in our bed or on the floor. We eventually agreed to pay for an extra bed, which cost $40. But instead of handling this at check-in, the receptionist rang our room at midnight—after we had already gone to sleep—to charge the money at the door. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable in any hotel, let alone one that claims to be five-star. The hospitality and customer service were far below expectations.
