The rooms were big and modern, everything was in a good state. On the other hand the staff at the counter was very unskilled, it really seemed like they were doing the "check-in" for the first time. Breakfast was an absolute disgrace, limited options, food quality was bad and the staff over there was very unprofessional and grumpy (Definitely one of the worst breakfast services I ever had).

Maintenance issues, plenty of hot water, very little cold water. Pool level below skimmers.

Terrible service! We were told on arrival that there is no wifi and no hot water. They didn’t offer any kind of compensation for the problem. After asking they simply said no and that they don’t offer anything. The manager was also not available. We could either take the room or cancel. What a great service! I later checked the reviews again and there was one from a week ago complaining about no hot water as well. So apparently they know about it for some time. Asking them why they didn’t inform us in advance that there is a problem we were told that they couldn’t contact us because we booked via booking.com. This is of course not true, they can send messages through booking just like any other hotel can. We asked them to give us at least a room with a nice view and that was possible. Although it would have been expectable that they would offer something themselves to compensate for the trouble. Later on, my wife asked for an additional bottle of water - there was one small bottle in the room. The guy at the reception replied that they would only give one because this is a single room. Seriously? So I guess we were lucky that we got at least two towels. But given the problem with the hot water and the wifi, you cannot even offer your guests another small bottle of water that almost costs you nothing? Ridiculous! The room was kind of run down. The elevators work without scanning the key card so anybody can just go up. The breakfast was ok. Overall, the stay could be quite ok given the price (keep in mind though that this place is quite far from everything) but the service is unacceptable and the fact that they obviously also don’t care is outrageous.
