A tranquil hotel in Évian that offers a vintage experience with a large room space. The room service was good and the front desk staff were pleasant. It was a pleasant walk (downhill) to the casino area to take in the breathtaking sight of the lake. There is a shuttle service at the casino to take a bus back to hotel. The walk back up was challenging, to say the least. Overall, a lovely stay. The croissants were super delicious especially when they are hot. Flaky on the outside and fluffy on the inside.
This is my third visit to the hotel, and as always, it was an excellent experience. The hotel is very clean, and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. One of the best features is the free shuttle service to the lake. Highly recommended!🤍 From 🇸🇦
Awful service & atmosphere. Will never go back, unless invited and still I d probably hesitate.
