arrived at the address and stood outside whilst knocking and calling consistently after about 20 minutes I got through and I was hung up on. Feeling defeated we were to the hostel next door to get some more information, the receptionist had to call the owner of the apartment and inform her how we were supposed to get in. without going next door we would never have been able to get in as there was codes for the gates we didn’t know and a key. As the owner wasn’t picking up we would have been stuck outside in a storm! The communication was awful and the apartment stunk of bleach. DO NOT BOOK THIS BNB!
Before booking, I contact the owner who via Booking confirms the check-in independently at any time for the selected room. After making the payment he tells me that I can check in by 8.30pm. He tells me that he would have made at least part of the refund and after more than a year still nothing. Absolutely not recommended!
