This is a great resort for onsen. Breakfast was amazing and I was really impressed by their service. I lost my glasses in the public onsen one night and one of the girls at the reception helped me find it and brought it over to my room. 5 star service for sure. I was really touched by that. Would recommend to anyone who likes and enjoys onsen. 🫶😀🙇🏻‍♂️

Very clean and big rooms! We checked in at 3pm and went for the private onsen. There are 3 private onsen baths so first come first serve. Else, there is also a public bath separated by gender. There were drinks and snacks provided in between meal times. I heard that dinner at the restaurant is western cuisine hence we didn't purchase the dinner tickets but went out to eat instead. There was late night ramen provided at 10pm but it tasted rather msg laden. Breakfast was amazing. Overall, a very relaxing stay!

The hardware and amenities were all very good, and the view from my room was absolutely stunning. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. First, the official check-in time of the hotel is 3:00 p.m. I arrived early at 1:30 p.m., and when I spoke in English to the first front desk staff member, she referred me to another staff member who could speak English. The English-speaking staff kindly informed me that the room would be ready by 2:30 p.m., and that I could collect my key an hour later. So I took a walk to the nearby waterfall and returned around that time. When I came back, I spoke in English to a different front desk staff member. However, she didn’t attempt to respond in English or seek assistance from someone who could. Instead, she asked me in Chinese, “Can you speak Chinese?”—seemingly based on my appearance. This made me feel uncomfortable, as I am not Chinese, even though I can speak and understand the language. Second, the soundproofing in the room was quite poor. I could clearly hear the children in the adjacent room shouting, laughing, and making noises—possibly from knocking or closing furniture. It disrupted the otherwise pleasant and peaceful atmosphere.
