I visited during July 2024 and had an absolutely phenomenal time. Everything — from the rooms to the food to the staff — was outstanding. The views from my bedroom were out of this world. The hotel also offers a convenient shuttle bus to both the bus depot and the center of town, making it easy to get around. I especially want to give a huge shoutout to the waitress who helped me during dinner — I believe her name was Noriko Nakaoka. Overall, I had an incredible stay and I’ll definitely be back again. Thank you very much for an amazing experience!
On July 24, 2025, my wife and I checked in here. We made good use of its shuttle service to and from the hotel. We tried all the onsen facilities and tasted all the mini and full meals. We had never been so occupied in a luxurious hotel.
The hotel was nice and quite, located on the hill that can overlook Kusatsu. Very pretty at night. Staff and service was welcoming and friendly. Dessert was delicious. *There is a shuttle service offered by the hotel from bus station. If you book the hotel through booking.com you might not get the information.
