Stunning views from the balcony. The staff are so nice and go above and beyond for you. Nothing is ever an issue for them. They make your stay an experience and they pull out all the stops to ensure this. The rooms are spotless and very spacious. The food is amazing and the staff are so knowledgeable about everything they serve.

The hotel has one of the best view in the area. It may not be the most modern that I've seen but it has a true retro charm. The location is great, quiet yet central and easily accessible. A special note for the restaurant: great food, welcoming and understanding employees, superb view.

Simply doesn’t deserve the 5 stars in the door. Service is slow, lazy and incompetent compared to the past - the only exception to this rule are the lovely breakfast team who do their best. What kind of 5 star hotel doesn’t offer Room Service during dinner hours? Why does one find the cleaning staff in one’s room upon returning past 10pm? Why does nobody do rounds at the upstairs pool to check if guests are being attended to? Why is it that more often than not the towels at the upper pool have run out? To conclude, frustrating experience not worth the money.
