Labak River Hotel

Great hotel in my trip. People here are friendly and enthusiastic. The price is affordable and every service has reasonable price. The garden and swimming pool views are amazing. The welcome drink is also good, let me feel I was at home. I’ll definitely be back to here.

I had an amazing stay at Labak River Hotel. The staff were kind and helpful. The aircon was COLD at 18C which was very welcome. They have international charging ports so I didn’t even need an adapter. Room service came every day with fresh towels and made the bed. The pool view is GORGEOUS and they have nice pads for the lounge chairs. My room was very spacious and the bathroom was very large. Overall amazing value for $25/night. I took a grab bike everywhere to central ubud for around 16k IDR, very affordable and only ~10 minutes away. Airport was between 45 minutes - 1.5 hours away depending on traffic and grab price was about 325k. My laundry service here was turned around in 24 hours for 40k and smelled amazing. Thank you so much for a relaxing and lovely stay! I really hope I can come again.

A very beautiful and conveniently located hotel with a great pool and truly amazing staff—warm, helpful, and attentive throughout the stay. However, I can’t give it a full 5/5 due to the food. While priced similarly to many restaurants in Ubud, the hotel’s meals were the weakest I had in terms of taste, presentation, and quality. I’d highly recommend the rooms and amenities, but suggest skipping the hotel food and exploring Ubud’s vibrant dining scene instead.
