I stayed there during the Christmas holiday to relax and enjoy the view of Lake Toba. In the morning, I noticed that the pool was very dirty, with algae inside. I informed one of the restaurant staff before having breakfast and came back later to check the pool again. To my disappointment, nothing had been done. I went back to the staff and asked why the pool was still not cleaned, even though I had reported it a second time. Then the staff called someone who seemed to be the supervisor. When I went to the pool, the supervisor simply said they were short-staffed because of the holiday. I responded that this was not an acceptable excuse. Many guests come and pay a high rate to enjoy the facilities, and this kind of experience is very disappointing.
