Wow! Wow! Wow! We had the privilege of staying here for two nights. We came for my 50th and it was just magic! The service, food, facilities, beautiful clean rooms, beach bar and helpful and accommodating staff all made our stay one we will always remember! Will never forget it and we are so grateful for the staff for making it so special and memorable. Wish we could come each year but as we live in Australia, it would make it tricky! 😆 Also ensure you book a massage there! It was unlike any other I have ever experienced! Truly amazing! A huge thanks to all the staff. 🥰

Very disappointing experience – not what was promised. I booked this hotel based on the promise that the average age of guests would be between 30 and 40 years old. However, upon arrival, it quickly became clear that the majority of guests were over 70. The atmosphere was completely different from what was advertised – more like a retirement retreat than a lively vacation spot. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was for the entertainment and animation team, which turned out to be non-existent. There were no activities or shows as promised. The so-called "animators" were only seen sitting around in the pizzeria or drinking beer in the restaurant – certainly not doing their jobs or engaging with guests. Overall, it felt like a misleading and overpriced stay. If you're looking for an active, social, and fun holiday, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

The bar service was the utmost disrespectful place I've experienced. Nowhere is there written that people who are not from the hotel cannot order something at the bar. Upon receiving our coffees and wanting to pay we were sent away to book a room first!?!? And the barman proceeded with throwing the coffees away. Wasteful unreasonable place.
