Amazing place, good sleep, projector very good for nights of watching films. There was also coffee to brew for free. 10/10
Love Rakuten hotels—very clean and spacious for a family of six! The only thing we don’t love: the onerous process of self check-in where you have to enter the passport and personal data either in advance or at time of check in. Also there are no other services in building except for paid laundry.
Reserved the suites room over the weekend. It seemed like they initially created a nice place with good amenities only to not take care of it and let the quality dwindle. The sofa had stains, the projector screen no longer existed seemed to be broken at some point and never fixed. The projector itself had completely blown speakers, the outside tables and hot tub were all weathered and beaten. Walls had torn wallpaper. Amongst other small things like stains on counter and a dirty refrigerator. When you are shown photos and pay for the "best room" you should get that.
