Amazing ! Celina nosara

Nice looking hotel, great pool area, terrible food, lousy location (not correct on google maps), and clueless service.

The location is terrible. Their website describes it as scenic last 45 minute drive to Nosara but in reality its a 1 lane dirt and rock trail with no markings or signs and many Ys in the road, Definitly don't attempt by evening. Also half way down the road they fail to tell you there is no bridge and there was water in the river bed so we could not cross, had to get a hotel for that evening at midnight in Samara and find a new route the next day. Once we arrived at the hotel (another 2 hour rock and dirt road into nowhere) the manager doesn't typically deal with guests we were told. I suppose he is too important for that so he never would hear our complaint about his staff directing us into a river full of water as they left with no contact at 10PM. This place is literally in the jungle and there are few things to do in Nosara other than watch monkeys in trees or go to the same 3 restaurants over and over, Yes the hotel looks nice as in well laid out but its really not worth it considering the damage to your rental car and the lack of anything to do. Combine that with the carefree careless attitude of the staff and especially management and there you have it, the L'acqua Viva Resort & Spa Experience in a nutshell. I would never recommend anyone book here. We got a special discount on a website and tried it and from now on I would definitely do more research than I did on this hotel. L'acqua Viva sucks, period.
