Smooth, relaxing atmosphere....
Karelia is a gorgeous place! Many wonderful recreation centers We came here, the prices were good, we rented 2 houses, one of which was luxury! Breakfast included! The men took a fishing service in the morning for 40,000 and left at 6 am! We physically couldn’t get to breakfast! There is no coffee in the house, not even instant coffee! We asked at the reception if we could get coffee somewhere for the morning, they told us it was in a store 19 km away! Thank you! In the morning we went to breakfast, asked to make some coffee to go, I repeat, the guys couldn’t physically be there - they went fishing! We were refused, citing that these were the conditions of the restaurant! Strange policy: you provide an early check-out service, you can’t physically get to breakfast, and it’s trivial that you can’t even take coffee into the house! In general, if you want to relax here, since the nature is really gorgeous, do not take breakfast! Take food with you so as not to spoil your mood! Such little things spoil the overall impression of the base! I also recommend communicating more correctly with guests, again this applies to restaurant service
Только вернулись из путешествия - впечатления смешанные. Есть и минусы, и плюсы. Бронировали номер стандарт. Не рекомендуем, в отличие от домиков. За 12700 в сутки совершенно не продумана система проветривания, спать очень тяжело и душно, если не включить кондиционер. В номере не было ни щеток, ни зубной пасты. Вода отчаянно пахла тиной -даже зубы чистили питьевой водой из бутылок. Пошли в ресторан на ужин, при заказе питьевой воды официант по умолчанию принес воду стоимостью 1100 рублей, что было неожиданно, но еда была вкусная. Теперь к плюсам: природа потрясающая, очень понравилась прогулка по экотропе. Мост над пропастью невероятный. Завтрак отличный, разнообразный. Боулинг в подарок также очень порадовал. Территория красивая, можно покататься на велосипедах. Исторические здания, с креативной подсветкой. Очень дружелюбные охранники - чувствовалось искренее радушие.
