It was nice that coop was near, just a few walks away. The room was spacious and new. I liked the scent of the hotel and welcome tea section was nice. Detox water jar is my best.
Clean and simple rooms, helpful front desk staff, and an excellent location connecting via walkway to BiVi mall and the JR Shin Sapporo station. The hotel itself doesn’t have parking but you can park at the building beside the hotel (again connected via walkway) and have your parking ticket validated to pay 1000 yen per 24 hours of parking (one entry/exit only). Great location to explore nearby Sapporo and surrounding areas by car and public transport as well.
Was it just us or the air-con has real problem? First, we were being assigned to a room on 9th floor. Once we entered the room & turned on the air-con, the machine sounded like it was almost broken down! noway we could sleep with that noise. So we called the concierge & requested to have the room changed. At first, they told us the hotel was full. They cannot arrange another room for us. After a while, they managed to get us another room on the 6/F. The air-con there doesnt have the noise but it wasnt cold at all. We literally adjusted it to the lowest degrees possible but cannot feel any coldness. I had to turn on my mini fan at night just to make the room have enough air for us. The service overall was not bad at all. At least the staffs are willing to help and provided another room for us to switch to. However, the air-con issue is not acceptable. We were at the same hotel in Hakodate few nights ago, it was all fine!
