Laghi Room Only

We have been spending a few days in August at the Sibari Resort dei Laghi di Sibari for 3 years in a row now. The first two years there was a reception and check in took place there as soon as you arrived, furthermore the swimming pool was functional; this year (August 2024) these services are missing. The hotel and then the room can be accessed by entering codes sent to customers in advance with a message and video on WhatsApp. On the first floor there are the double and twin rooms, there being three of us we took a triple room, which is located on the first floor, reachable only by stairs. If a reception service were restored with staff helping customers carry their luggage to their rooms (especially those on the first floor) it would certainly be a useful service. This year too, like last, there is no kitchen, so it is not possible to have lunch, dinner and breakfast in the hotel. The cleaning of the rooms is done well, the ladies who take care of it are very kind and helpful. In the rooms there is a mini bar (empty though), since, as explained previously, the structure does not have a bar, but coin-operated machines. The rooms have air conditioning, mosquito nets, while only those on the first floor have a small balcony with drying rack. I hope that over the years some of the services that are now missing will be restored (breakfast, reception, swimming pool, etc.).

It is not possible to make any reservation with a voucher. Hotel employees even do not bother to answer email, once you mention a voucher. Awful attitude
