Lago Garden Apart Suites & Spa Hotel

We stayed 3 nights here somewhat "accidentally". We had booked a stay in another property in a nearby village but our apartment had a technical issue so that property proposed to transfer us to this hotel. We took the deal, which was sweetened by the inclusion of half board at no extra cost. After we checked in here, it turned out our room had an A/C problem so yet again we were moved but within the same hotel this time, and to the biggest suite in the place, no less 😁 The facilities, general setting and atmosphere are great. The hotel clearly targets a German audience (we were among the few non-Germans and the staff insisted in talking to me in German despite my decent effort at Spanish 😅) and the standards are high. Food at the dinner and breakfast buffets was excellent with great variety. Staff was very professional. The room, needless to say, was amazing.

Perfect hotel for our stay at Mallorca. Clean rooms, good breakfast and serviceminded staff. We really enjoyed Cala Ratjada! Off course a lot of tourists like the rest of Mallorca, but the town has kept much of it authenticity.

Very friendly staff and willing to help with everything. Breakfast is good but not 5 star worthy, 5 stars? I don't know where I can find them. We have been a few 5 star hotels but never had a poor one like this one. I have seen better 3 star hotels then this one. The hotel is out dated and not what you would expect off a 5 star hotel. Lack of maintance is clearly visible No coffee or Tea equipment, no bottled water, shower entrance is small, same for the toilet. It all looks very outdated. Airconditioning is not cooling at the moment (20 tot 26 degrees outside) and only heating so ventilation in the room is not possible. So bottumline, we had a good stay but not what we expected and what we payed for, thinking we would we in a 5 stars luxurious hotel.
