Lago Resort Menorca Casas del Lago Adults Only

Had a wonderful stay at Casas del Lago Resort. The rooms were incredibly spacious, each with its own bathroom—which was a much appreciated. The balcony offered stunning views and a private space to relax. We were especially impressed by the breakfast selection: a wide variety of charcuterie meats, cheeses, fresh fruits, and freshly squeezed orange juice each morning. The staff were warm and welcoming throughout our stay. A special thank you to Brittany from guest services—she went above and beyond to help us book scooters for the day, arrange our taxi, and even coordinate a boxed breakfast for our early departure. All in all, exceptional accommodations and exceptional services.

My overall experience at Casas del Lago was good. The rooms didn’t feel very five-star — they seemed designed to be modern and fashionable, but the showers were completely visible, which wasn’t very convenient for a trip with a friend. It felt more like the rooms were meant for couples rather than friends, and the lack of privacy was a bit of a letdown. On the positive side, the staff was amazing — especially Selene, who was the best. One receptionist was a little moody and not very welcoming, but overall the service was good. The food was also enjoyable.

Really nice hotel, brilliant location with good facilities - pool area is lovely & the entertainment was great with a DJ playing the tunes! The food was amazing & always tasted really fresh, lots of options and attentive staff; Laura was particularly amazing and always greeted us with a smile, made us feel welcome and made conversation! She’s an asset to the team! We always sat on table 1 next to the food counter at the far end of the dining room. We’d definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family!
