Amazing breakfast! Very kind staff, very helpful reception. We spent five nights in a magical suite on a small private hilltop with an outside shower and a big terrace on which we could dry our kite gear. One of few facilities in Atins with a pool. The 300m to the beach seems like a short distance but it is not ideal (especially when carrying kite gear), the sand gets very hot during the day. I suggest shoes or socks (or just embrace the suck). Fortunately some ATV drivers offer a ride to the beach. Downwind support vehicles will pick you up at the pousada.
We had the most wonderful stay at Lagoa Do Vento recently . The place is in paradise and the service was second to none . In particular , Ruanna was the most hardworking and attentive host we have ever met . Nothing was too much effort and her fluency in English was so helpful. She made us feel so special and took care of us in every way . An absolute gem and an asset to Lagoa . Thank you Ruanna .You will love your stay there , so relaxing .
We only went to the restaurant, for breakfast and dîner a few times. Food was amazing. Dishes are refined and made with local products. A must go !
