Lagoas Park Hotel

The hotel is located in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, which makes it really easy to access. The atmosphere is calm, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and kept very clean. We had a great time enjoying the variety of options at the breakfast buffet, which offered something for everyone. The staff was friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall positive experience. However, one small downside was that the room service didn't replenish the coffee and tea supplies daily, which would have been a nice touch. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and we’d definitely consider returning.

We stayed at Lagoas Park for about a week and highly recommend it to large groups or travelers less concerned with fast access to Lisbon’s city center. The bar has great service with huge gin & tonics plus local draft beer. The breakfast is also top notch. The room was very clean and comfortable with amenities like a mini fridge, safe, and hair dryer. There’s plenty of wardrobe space for luggage and clothing. The bed side tables had usb ports in addition to separate reading lights. The bathroom was spacious with a separate partition for the toilet. Some things to be aware of: When showering, water does leak onto the floor through the gap in the glass panels. It’s also quite difficult to adjust the water to a cooler temp. The elevators are a bit slow and the hallways are quite a bit warmer than other areas of the building. If the location works for your needs, this hotel is a great option.

Overall an ok stay.and good value for what you pay, but there are tons to improve on- The room was not entirely clean when I checked in, the dustbin in the bathroom had trash in it,. And there were hair on the carpet. When I called the reception about it, they didn’t even apologize at first. Also, was no kettle or coffee machine in the room. I did ask for a kettle from the reception to make tea, and it was delivered with an empty cup, without tea to make tea with 😆
