Lagoon Boutique Hotel Luxury Chaman experience

This hotel could be so nice if it was just maintained/cleaned! The pictures look amazing (clearly taken when it first opened) but now it’s clear it’s not being maintained. Room are pretty run down, faucets are corroded, floors are dirty, dead bugs all over the place, pools are clearly never cleaned and full of dirt and bird droppings. Rooftop pool seemed clean but there is a bunch of dirt settled on the ground which becomes noticeable when you walked around. It’s such a stunning property and could be so nice with a litttle bit of maintenance. Check-in was fine the bedding seemed clean atleast, AC worked, shower worked, but just quite a bit run down.

The place are completely different from picture.. Its just lack of maintenance otherwise its good place. But need regular and better cleaning including pool and balcony. Its a pitty to run down such spot. Pool not possible to use, balcony to be cleaned, open space to be cleaned. The workers are doing their best but need more people tu run properly such place. Hope the owner react to customers feedback and change something.

DO NOT FALL FOR 5 STARS LEFT BY BOTS. HORRIBLE! EXTREMELY DIRTY - Floor had stains, food with ants, and mold - Toilet was brown and stinky (the gas station nearby was better) - Shower did not drain properly and was moldy - No staff at the hotel whatsoever (only a guy who told us the password to enter and we never saw him again) - a random alcohol bottle appeared at our doorstep when we were gone during the morning a few hours
