Amazing for families, there is no other resort better than this in the dead sea. Has no view at all to the sea as it requires 10-15 minutes by car to reach the sea from there. Nice big pool with plenty of chairs. Convenient cafeteria next to the pool also has 3 water slides, dedicated pool for ladies only with very nice message relaxing treatment. Strongly recommended for families (not for couples at all).
I had a lovely experience, maybe because it was a Saturday. Restrooms clean, the water was nice, filtered and a little bit heated. Life guards never left their posts. Staff helpful. I only tried the women’s area. But I saw there was a designated area for families. The food was so-so, nothing fancy but not bad. The drinks (water and soft drink were not included in the day pass lunch. And prices are crazy.) it was not crowded for a Saturday.
Employees' attitude was alright but could be improved greatly. Poolside looks good and the water is warm which I liked. Food was mediocre with little variety and drinks were NOT included and were 2.10 JOD for a 250 ml can.... absolutely ridiculous. All in all the only with that I actually enjoyed was the pool.
