This is such a fabulous resort in a perfect location right on the beach and in a very nice area of Adeje. The resort is 5 star ⭐️ from the pool areas, sun loungers and bars are excellent. Our apartment has two bedrooms a modern bathroom, kitchen, living area and balcony - all modern and tip top condition. We are on half board and so far the food and drinks are amazing ❤️
A lovely and clean hotel practically on the beachfront of Playa de Fanabie. The pools are clean and large enough that you can have your own space. Some of the pools feel a little unessecarily deep, however! The pool could do with more sun loungers, however the Solarium is a brilliant option for those who wish to sunbathe. People come down and leave their towels on sunbeds for hours and this is not monitored well. We often saw beds vacant for hours with towels on before anyone came to sit with them. The food was okay, this was my only issue. As a vegan who had not booked this hotel myself, I was expecting one or two options per meal, however as the menue changes daily, and without a hard menu to view, sometimes this was not the case. For breakfast every other day there was Hash Brown's, however not another vegan option on the next day. Lunch had the best variety for Vegan/Veggie. Dinner was the worst for non-meat options, with all mains pretty much all days containing meat. I had to get food from elsewhere due to this. I would encourage the hotel to ensure there are meat-free and dairy/egg free options on every meal to ensure everyone is catered to. For example, pasta options without meat, or rice without meat. The staff were helpful and I found a few of them extremely warm and friendly. The hotel seemed LGBTQ+ friendly and I had no issues as a post-op trans person, and noticed plenty of openly LGBTQ people in the hotel. I think it was Aisha who was extremely friendly and lovely to me and my family. The hotel is equipped with ramps, however a few of them are extremely steep and I would not reccomend these for wheelchairs. The Wheelchair accessible routes are longer around the hotel. I did not notice any wheelchair transfer equipment by the pool. They had a large access toilet by the bar, however you would need to exit the bar from the other side and come around to get there. The entertainment was interesting. I feel the music was too loud too early, and the choice and quality could be more modern or of higher standard. Overall, I would recommend this to families or people who wish for a relaxing time. If you do not eat meat, there may be better options for your money.
Stayed at Lagos de Fañabé, Costa Adeje, May 27–29. Left after one night. The room had cockroaches and bugs, and the second room they gave me was just as bad. I ended up sleeping in my car — that should tell you everything. Staff were useless. Reception and reservations couldn’t handle basic complaints. The manager hid and never called me back. I was told I couldn’t get a refund for the nights I didn’t stay — even though the “non-refundable” policy wasn’t shown during booking. Hotel is filthy, overpriced, and completely mismanaged. Food looked bad, service was worse. If you’re coming to Tenerife to relax, avoid this place at all costs.
