Matt was an asset to the team and branch. From check in to checkout nothing was a problem. He had a wide array of local knowledge and shared some spots with us that made our trip even more memorable. I will definitely be back. Wishing the staff all the best. Couldn’t recommend a better hotel for your needs. Facilities were amazing also :)
Very clean and modern looking hotel. Nice Staff. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, but the convertible couch not so much. There are balconies large enough to eat outside. Unfortunately the view was not the best. I find the prices for clean sheets and towels quite high, but they do have a washing machine room. The heated pool is at the top floor and has a great view. Their sauna is not free. Their gym is very modest and the only weight lifting machine was broken. Given any interest points are far from the hotel, i'd recommend for people coming with car. Nice underground parking.
Absolutely NOT a 4-star hotel – more like a 2-star at best. A complete disappointment. We stayed at this hotel in our honeymoon for six nights and honestly couldn’t wait to leave. From the outside and the lobby, it might look like a four-star hotel — but that’s where it ends. The actual experience was far from what was advertised. The room was extremely small, barely enough for two people to move around. The bed was uncomfortable, with a poor-quality mattress, and the room had a bad smell throughout our entire stay. Housekeeping only came ONCE during six days, If you want extra cleaning, they charge you €30. If you want fresh towels? That’s €8. It felt like everything came with an extra charge, even just breathing. It’s outrageous to pay for a supposed 4-star experience and get this level of service. And let’s talk about the breakfast – we expected to have at least a decent French breakfast. Instead, we got stale croissants, low-quality coffee, and a very poor selection overall. Honestly, Starbucks in France offers a better breakfast than what this hotel served. It was cheap, tasteless, and extremely disappointing. The cleanliness, the comfort, and the overall care in this hotel were completely lacking. We were also surprised when we had to leave a €100 deposit upon check-in — for no clear reason — and were just told we’d get it back after check-out. No explanation. The only thing I was sad about at the end of my trip was that my vacation ended. But I was very glad to leave this hotel. This is false advertising at its finest. They present themselves as a 4-star hotel, but the experience is far from it. I hope others read this and avoid making the same mistake we did. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. This is not worth your money, time, or trust.
