Lagrange Apart'HOTEL Strasbourg Wilson

I needed somewhere cost effective and close to transport where I could also work before heading out to my flight. The room was spacious, the desk actually a proper depth and more than enough for my laptop and keyboard, and the WiFi stable. All the staff I dealt with (reception and maintenance - a scheduled air filter change/nothing broken) were friendly, helpful, and immediately switched to English. The bathroom seems relatively recently renovated and has a great bath also. While situated in view of the train line, there was absolutely no noise at all getting through the windows. The bed was comfortable and I didn't hear any noise from the corridor or other rooms either. Just a pity I didn't have time to try the pool!

Quite decent hotel, rather outdated for what we expected from a 4-star hotel. Very nice location and welcoming reception. The rooms are clean. I would just suggest replacing the coffee machine with a capsule model (i was amazed somebody still uses the paper filter type) and maybe a complementary soap for the dishwasher, so we don’t have to buy a full box for a two nights stay.

Lovely hotel, very close to the Central railway station. Rooms pleasant, air con not brilliant. Toilet separate from the bathroom so very inconvenient to use the toilet then have to walk through the kitchen area and bedroom to wash hands in bathroom!
