This hotel exceeded all our best expectations, and we will definitely come back in the future. Location: Just steps away from the mountain lift—you can ski straight to it. Situated at the edge of the village, the center is a 2-minute drive or a scenic 7-minute walk along the ski slopes. A bus stop is right in front of the hotel, and a grocery store is just a 2-minute walk away. The hotel: Spacious, clean, and well-equipped apartments with everything you need. Private parking is available. The hotel has a nice swimming pool (free of charge), a hammam, and two saunas (available for an extra fee). Pets are welcome for a small additional charge. The cozy lobby with a fireplace is a perfect place to relax. There is also a billiard table and children's entertainment, which close at 8 PM, ensuring a quiet atmosphere for guests who prefer peace. An Intersport ski rental shop is conveniently located within the hotel building. Staff: Very friendly and welcoming. English proficiency is sufficient for basic communication. Important to note: A €400 deposit is required upon check-in. If paid by credit card (rather than cash), it may take up to two weeks to be refunded. The chalet exceeded my expectations in every way. Impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with modern amenities. The breathtaking mountain views from the chalet were the highlight, creating a serene and cosy atmosphere. The staff's hospitality at every step made the experience truly exceptional. They can organise bread and croissants pick up in the morning and there’s a free shuttle service going around the town.I highly recommend this chalet for a memorable and comfortable stay.

Reception staff were rude and unhelpful. Apartments small and not so clean.
