Amazing service! The best hotel staff I have ever had the chance to meet! I loved the diversity of the food, from the American dinners to the Mexican delicacies! The sea was clean and warm, it is the best sea I have swimmed in! The location offers a lot of shops and beautiful sights! I loved getting to know Spanish culture in this amazing resort! The room was always clean and tidy! I will definitely come back and recommend the hotel to all of my friends! 100% satisfied!

Very satisfied with our stay. The hotel is absolutely perfect for a family vacation. Location is close to the sea and public transport, which makes everything easily accessible. Staff is very polite and helpful whenever anything is needed. Food was great and varied, with options for everyone. Lots of fruit and vegetables available. They also think of vegans and people with intolerances. I also want to praise the hotel’s own merch and the many activities for both kids and adults. What we especially appreciated was the washer and dryer available for use anytime. The hotel also impressed us with its sustainable approach – from reducing waste to mindful resource use, it’s clear they care about the environment. Overall, we were very satisfied and definitely recommend this place.

Hotel is in a great location, just minutes walk to the beach, with restaurants and shops on the doorstep. Walkable distance (20-25 mins) to the lovely old town. The communal areas of the hotel are lovely. Beautiful landscaping and good pool with poolside cafe. Only downside for us was our room. Although a good size with separate lounge area with mini kitchen and useful fridge, it was a bit tired. The sofa bed looked really grubby and there was scuffs and gouges in the wall. The chairs were a bit wobbly and the chairs on the balcony looked stained. A kettle would have been useful for making hot drinks. We were right over the laundry too which was not ideal. Overall though it didn’t mar our holiday too much. All the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly.
