Despite it's relatively higher price, the service is excellent and the staff is hospitable. I was stopped on my way back room because the staff noticed I was temporarily disabled and offered a cart for me and I found that the staff reserved the seats for us after I got boarding on the boat and many other seats were nearly occupied. I think it is a good hotel and provide excellent service and reasonable price.
The hotel overlooks the azure sea and is a relaxing and pleasant experience. The buffet was good, but the menu was pretty much the same three days in a row. The only downside was that the internet connection went dead as soon as I returned to my room. There was absolutely no signal which is very annoying.
This is definitely the worst hotel ever. Book months ahead for the premier sea facing beach. Hoping to get a nice view. Once arrived definitely received facing the beach but hardly see the beach. Then when i asked at the reception, they told me all the room was fully booked. The condition of the room definitely doesnt feel like RM4000+ for 3 nights. The shower head was worst. To pay such amount and for a hotel that have high volume, they really need to do an upgrade. LIKE NEED SUPER UPGRADE. The kind of service that you receive from this hotel is definitely a 3 star hotel. Definitely not coming back here ever again and NOT RECOMMENDED.
