It was a great experience staying at the hotel. Receptionist Ms Lais is being very helpful and provided warm hospitality to the guest, patiently helping with my request. The hotel is located right next to Riocentro, accessible to the Pavilhão 4 and more within 2min.
Amazing hotel, let us check in early after coming from a long flight. Brought food up to the room for my parter who got sick. They are all so friendly and service minded. Good breakfast and comfortable rooms. 100 % recommended.
Pure service. There are now windows in the rooms. It doesn't cost it's money. Unprofessional staff. Good breakfast.
