Negatives - The swimming pool is small, not suitable for two groups at the same time, and lacks both shower and changing facilities. Pool use is restricted after 8 PM due to the forest location. - The property is not suitable for kids or elderly guests because there are many stairs and hiking is required to access key areas. - Food is overpriced and does not offer good value for money compared to other resorts. - The resort is located far from Lansdowne, making travel to and from the main town inconvenient. - Wi-fi is not available neither network. - No nearby attraction to visit . - Not a luxury property . Positives - The manager and staff are cooperative and helpful. - The view from the swimming pool is beautiful. - Rooms are spacious, providing comfort during the stay. - The resort is pet friendly, making it a good option for guests traveling with animals.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at a resort that, unfortunately, left much to be desired. From the moment we arrived, the issues began. Here's a rundown of the major problems I encountered: 1. **Parking Nightmare**: First off, parking is a hassle. You have to park your own vehicle 5 kilometers below the resort due to the poorly constructed roads. There’s no other option. The resort staff will then pick you up and drop you at the resort. 2. **Poor Safety and Lighting**: Once you're dropped off at the resort, you’ll notice the complete lack of proper lighting and fencing. It feels like you're staying in the middle of nowhere, and if anything were to happen, there’s no safety infrastructure in place. It’s honestly quite unsettling. 3. **Unsafe Room Location**: The rooms are built right inside the forest, with no safety precautions whatsoever. If you're looking for a relaxing and secure environment, this is definitely not the place for you. The idea of staying in the forest, with no secure boundaries or precautions, is alarming. 4. **Swimming Pool Trek**: The swimming pool is located about 2 kilometers away from the resort, and getting there is almost like trekking. No lights, no safety fencing, nothing. It’s a dangerous walk, and it’s quite shocking that they haven't taken any measures to make this safe. 5. **Wildlife Threats**: This is perhaps the most concerning part. Staff members openly acknowledge that tigers and leopards regularly visit the pool to drink water. If you're planning on bringing kids, I would strongly advise against it, as the risk of wildlife encounters is simply too high. 6. **Restaurant Problems**: The resort's restaurant is situated much higher than the rooms, and again, there’s no lighting or proper infrastructure. You’ll have to trek to the restaurant in complete darkness, which is both frustrating and unsafe. 7. **Lack of Views**: The location is surrounded by dense forest, but not in a scenic way. There's no view to speak of—just dark, dense trees. If you're looking for a peaceful escape with beautiful vistas, you won’t find that here. 8. **Terrible Food**: The food is just awful. It’s not only low quality, but there are also no other food options nearby. So, you're stuck eating the poor-quality meals the resort provides, and trust me, it’s not worth it. 9. **Poor Room Conditions**: The rooms themselves are in terrible condition. The interiors are poorly maintained, and the general upkeep is not up to standard. If you value cleanliness and comfort, you will be disappointed here. **Final Thoughts**: This place is honestly a nightmare. It’s far from being a relaxing holiday destination—more like a misadventure waiting to happen. If you value safety, comfort, and a pleasant holiday experience, I’d strongly suggest avoiding this resort at all costs.

This property is falsely listed as being in Lansdowne. In reality, it’s 2 to 2.5 hours away from the main Lansdowne town. I booked it last week, and the inaccurate description completely ruined my trip itinerary. If you’re planning to visit Lansdowne, do not book this property – it will waste an entire day of your trip. The property itself is isolated, with no nearby shops, restaurants, or even other accommodations. There’s no Wi-Fi, and mobile network coverage is extremely poor. The rooms are average, the swimming pool is small and poorly maintained, and the food is overpriced – likely because you have no other dining options in the area. I regret booking this place and losing valuable family time. Please be cautious before making the same mistake.
