Lovely rooms, absolutely spotless and the service was almost spot on. The directions when you get to building could have been better. When you get in to the building there are Scala A and Scala B, and each part of the building was 4+ stories. Telling us the side of building and the floor would have helped considerably. The rooms themselves are exactly as you see them in their website (sorry never took any photos, but the rooms were exactly as you see them) The gent who greeted us was very helpful, he spend 5 minutes explaining the surroundings and when the cleaners come. These guys were brilliant, you came back to a fully refreshed room daily. The aircon in the room was amazing! I wanted a blanket as my wife had the room so cold. Location wise, it was easy to find and within walking distance of all the major landmarks, we only used the Metro to go the Vatican. If we return to Rome, this place would be first on my list.

We stayed for four nights here and we had a good time. Very clean and comfortable, no noise, the room was cleaned daily. Self check-in is available if you arrive late. The place is very close to Borghese Gallery and we went by foot to all the main tourist attractions, the neighbourhood is safe and very nice architecture. For breakfast we went to the bar downstairs and for dinner and drinks we chose a different option each time.

Entry instructions need work. Press door entry button laballed La House, releases door but to find the reception you need to get to the second floor. the Concierge covers numerous properties so ensure they have an accurate arrival time. He was very informative and helpful. Room was good, clean and comfortable with kettle, expresso and milk frother. There is a corner shop a few yards away to pick ip essentials and a cafe opposite that for a convenient breakfast. Location was great quite central but chosen this time to include proximity to a conference venue. Would certainly recommend La House, we had a very pleasant stay there.
